Who can benefit from the The Private Training Series?
These programs are designed for non-native speakers of English at the intermediate to advanced level.
- How does the Live On-Line Learning work?
In the Live On-Line Training:
Participants call in on a conference line and connect online to a virtual classroom. All these courses use our interactive Flash programs to provide streaming video, audio, and recording to maximize learning. The live instructor gives immediate feedback throughout the sessions.The instructor can also give a participant desktop control in the interactive Flash programs, which enriches the learning experience and allows the instructor to observe areas that need to be reviewed.
- What kind of a computer or equipment do I need?
The "Pronunciation in English" program requires:
Pentium 400 Mhz or higher, 32 MB Ram(64 preferred), Graphic display card with minimum 256 color display capability, audio card, microphone, speakers, operating system: Windows 9x, NT w/SP3 or higher, ME, 2000, XP
(Note: If you don't have a built in microphone on your computer, almost any store that sells computers that offers several styles of microphones to choose from, ranging in price from as little as $3 to $20.)
For the Idioms in English program you will need:

For the Writing in English program you will need::

- Are there any tips to make the most of my course participation?
We recommend that you practice at least 30 minutes per day. This allows you to proceed through the course content at your own pace and thoroughly master each concept before moving on.
